Founded in 1999 as a single family office, Willow Reserve Capital began with a commitment to stewardship, resilience, and long-term vision. Over time we grew into a female-majority owned and managed multi family office shaped by the belief that capital should strengthen families and create meaningful generational impact.
Our leadership brings together an uncommon blend of experience. More than forty years of investment stewardship, forty years of AI and technology leadership, and over twenty five years in operations and sports management. This perspective allows us to view capital not only as financial strategy, but as a tool that shapes legacy, opportunity, and human development.
Across our leadership, one influence stands out. Daughters. Between our families we have raised twenty two daughters and many granddaughters. They shaped our purpose and our commitment to raising the standard for all children. When opportunity expands for one child, it lifts every child. We believe sports and education are two of the strongest foundations for character and leadership.
Only one percent of athletes will play professionally, yet the other ninety nine percent gain the resilience, teamwork, and decision making skills that define future leaders. Ninety four percent of female executives and eighty seven percent of male executives played sports and attribute their development to those experiences.
Looking ahead, we are committed to using the global reach of soccer to impact five million children and families in the next decade.
